TRACK MY FLOWER ORDER

We provide a tracking number with every order so you know it’s arrived safely. The way to track your order is simple and involves checking your emails for all tracking numbers.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING REFERENCE?

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all information regarding your order. However, you will only receive your tracking reference once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

The evening before your delivery date is when you will receive a dispatch email including an option to track your parcel. Around the same time, you should receive a separate email from the courier specifying your tracking reference. In the example shown to the right, you may use the link highlighted to track your parcel, once you receive the tracking reference from your courier.

Please note: if you completed the recipient details form upon the completion of your order, all corresponding dispatch and tracking emails will be sent to your recipient.
